INSIGHT, CONNECTION & HARMONY
We live in a fast paced world constantly bombarded by activity and requests. As women our greatest strength is our desire and ability to create, nurture and contribute to the wellbeing of those around us. However finding the balance in meeting busy demands and schedules whilst responding to our own needs and desires can often present challenges and prevent us from living our truth.
In this retreat we will explore the feminine and masculine energies of being and doing. We will practice the art of mindfulness using meditation, movement, creativity & nature to gain the balance between being present in the moment and engaging in action to create meaningful, purposeful lives, aligned with our own goals and dreams!

Yoga - Explore Bali - Experience the culture - holiday with Suzanne Jevon-Hughston
After a much loved Bali yoga holiday with 9 lucky guests in November 2013, Suzanne immediately re-booked Bali Eco Stay for her next yoga holiday July 19-29 2014.
Suzanne Jevon-Hughston has been practising Yoga and meditation for over twenty five years, from when she was living and working in the Far East, mainly in Thailand, India, Nepal and Bali, Indonesia.
Having practised yoga in Bangkok, her travels to India allowed her time to contemplate and study yoga even further by spending time in several ashrams, where she lived with yogis and sadhus. She continued her pilgrimage to Nepal where she spent two more years learning about Buddhism and Hinduism, living among the Nepalese. During her time in Indonesia, Suzanne realised she had healing hands and has been offering help to people, animals and plants ever since.
Today Suzanne is a warm, open, genuine and loving woman who draws people to her, not just for yoga, but also for a good time and a relaxing, fun holiday. A mother of two living in Herefordshire, England, Suzanne continues to teach Yoga and meditation and to work as a healer.
